We look at your processes and existing systems, then agree what the product has to do — and what it explicitly will not do.

Prototype
You get a version people actually use early on, not screen mockups. Whatever does not work, we change while changing it is still cheap.
- 03
Production
Roll out, migrate data, train the team. Then ongoing support and further development.
