We look at your processes and existing systems, then agree what the product has to do — and what it explicitly will not do.

Prototype
You get a working version to use early, not just screen designs. Whatever does not work, we change while changing it is still cheap.

Production
Roll out, migrate data, train the team. Then ongoing support and further development.
